This acquisition ofers several advantages to the COPAC Group, including the presence in the Rhône-Alpes area, the development of the formwork part and the continuity of the development of the COPAC Group.
The Beauchamp site, the Group’s headquarters, which is scheduled to open on April 2, will also soon have a training center.
On December 19, 2019, the COPAC group (which has 6 sites in France and Overseas and 100,000 m2 of usable area) acquired the Lyon leader in EC Mat formwork to strengthen its presence in this type of equipment and develop strong commercial synergies, particularly in the Lyon region.
« The year 2020 will be devoted in particular to the consolidation and integration of EC Mat but also to the recruitment of new skills », concludes D.
